The FMS Web Application is your window into a comprehensive mobile
man-agement system for managing your mobile assets, viewing details and
reporting asset activities. With this information you can increase the
efficiency, utilization, security and safety of your entire fleet.
The online web application is hosted at the FMS Network Operations Center
which provides complete data security and 99.99%
uptime. You access the mobile applications with a standard web browser
- no special software or plug-ins are required. The data is available
24/7/365. In addition to viewing your information on-line, you have
the option to export the data as a XML Data Feed.
The FMS Web Application is divided into three sections: administration,
commands and reports. The administration section allows you to set-up
your FMS environment: define assets and drivers, group assets
together, set reporting options, set geofence and boundary
constraints, identify landmarks, define scheduled stops for dispatch,
etc.
The commands section enables you to issue near real-time commands to your
mobile assets and people, including locate assets, get mileage, get
engine hours, send text messages, get battery status, etc.
Reports are simple to use and easy to understand. They provide timely
information regarding your mobile assets, including: most-recent
location, customer stops and duration, geofence and constraint region
violations, low battery alerts, excessive speed, ignition on/off
notification, door lock/unlock, ignition enable/disable, engine hours,
mileage reports, and maintenance schedules.
