Mr. Cliff Henley, CEO and Founder

Mr. Henley founded Fleet Management Solutions® in 2002 and has executive responsibility for all management and operations within the company. Prior to FMS, Cliff managed the strategic account base for RealNetworks, responsible for product distribution through tier-one channel and OEM customers. Cliff joined RealNetworks through the acquisition of NetZip, whose acquisition he had helped to orchestrate. While at NetZip, Cliff's team secured product distribution agreements with high profile Internet properties, software publishers and portals, including Compaq, CNET, ZDNet, McAfee, PC World, Activision, Internet.com, and Lycos. Prior to NetZip, Cliff was National Sales Manager for Preview Systems, a leading developer and marketer of secure business applications for Electronic Software Distribution and Digital Rights Management. Cliff began his career in the high-tech industry with Bell and Howell in 1987 as Regional Manager for the Publication Systems Division, where Cliff was one of only two associates—of over 400—to receive the company's prestigious "Image Maker Award" for six consecutive years. Cliff was a founding member of the Reynolds Education Foundation, and is ex co-chairman of the Reynolds Neighbors for Kids—the largest school district in the state of Oregon.

  

Mr. Brian Meek

Brian Meek joined Fleet Management Solutions® in 2002. Brian has been involved in the satellite and cellular communications field since 1988. Prior to joining FMS, Mr. Meek was at SmartServ Online Inc. where he served as President, Asia/Pacific. With twelve years of experience at Motorola as Vice President, Asia/Pacific Operations, he developed new joint ventures, managed wireless and data properties, and managed Hong Kong and Beijing regional offices and staff. From 1997 to 1999, he was Director, Asia Pacific, Satellite Ventures Division, where he led the Motorola team responsible for attaining licensing rights for building the Iridium Gateway in the People's Republic of China. Prior to joining Motorola in 1988, Brian worked for seven years as an Attorney at Gas Research Inc and at Northrop Inc. Mr. Meek received his education from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL, Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) and his BA, Indiana University, Bloomington, IN.
